Travel Inn - Greensboro

The check-in process was fairly smooth.

I faced numerous issues that left me feeling disappointed. The room was very dirty, with filthy pillowcases and sticky floors. To make matters worse, the air conditioning didn't work at all, uncomfortable. Although the staff were somewhat polite, the overall atmosphere felt off, and I wasn't able to enjoy my time there.

Truly enjoyed Greensboro, the hotel was great close to everything. The rooms were generally clean and had a microwave and a refrigerator. The bed was nice; and there was a bath. It offered us good location adjacent to restaurants as well as Greensboro, North Carolina.

The staff - some of them were very rude.

We got a room with a tub. A microwave oven and a refrigerator were available too. Hotel's location was comfortable, to market.

Everything could have been better

Terrible terrible...went to check in to my room and the receptionist tells me I have to come bak in 3hrs because there weren't any clean rooms..I Was pissed..I Already drove 3 hrs to get to the hotel...so I come back 3hrs later..the manager was there and I food her about it and she said she was sorry..I Asked her do I get any discount for my inconvenience and she says to me "me no speak english"...i immediately began cursing her out

It was a good location, close to my family close to shopping and it was quiet, something you wouldn't expect seeing how close it was to the highway. It could use a little touch up around some areas but all in all it was a good stay!

It was run down looking just the looks and the rooms are not that big with the single bed in it. Just wish it had microwaves in the room instead of walking to the check in desk.

Service with a smile, but.

I enjoyed waking up to the friendly smiles of the morning staff, making my days brighter amidst some challenges.

Sadly, the lack of towels and slow service in the afternoons left me feeling neglected .

Comfortable stay with great amenities.

The kids loved the pool area. It was a hit for our family! The spacious room was perfect for our group of five, and we enjoyed the cozy atmosphere. The location was convenient for our trips around Greensboro.

In my wife's opinion, more amenities for kids would be great.

I had a nice experience during my stay, especially enjoying the comfy bed and the cool air conditioning that made my nights peaceful. I also appreciated a little downtime by the pool and the lounge area, which were nice spots to relax. The only downside was the limited TV channels available, but overall, it was a great place to unwind! 😊

great potential but needs serious improvements

The bed in my Beautiful King Room was surprisingly comfortable! The front desk staff greeted me with warmth and provided all the information I needed for my stay. I appreciated the ample parking space available, made arrival easy.

The cleanliness of the facilities left much to be desired.

The deluxe king room was comfortable, and I enjoyed the option of having smoking rooms. The price was great, but the cleanliness could improve.
